As the finale concert of a five-day festival, students from various junior colleges and polytechnics will perform in their festival bands under the baton of conductors: Prof Toru Miura (Kunitachi College of Music, Japan), ME4 Jax Ang (Director of Music, Singapore Armed Forces Bands) and Mr Francis Tan (Director of Bands, ACS (I), Riverside Secondary and Assistant Conductor of NUS Wind Symphony and West Winds).
