Preservation and Adaptation: Responding to History
Didier Repellin, Chief Architect and Inspector General of Historic Monuments in France, will speak on the importance of understanding the specific nature of each historic building in customising a practical approach in terms of conservation, restoration or renovation. He will share personal experience from some of his heritage projects, which include the restoration of sculptures and frescoes at Villa Medici in Rome and a mix of conservation and creation for the Ancient Theatre of Orange in southern France. Repellin will also talk about the challenges he faced in preserving CHIJMES in Singapore while also converting it into a viable commercial space. This lecture will be moderated by architect Jean-Francois Milou of studio Milou Singapore.

Understanding Gynaecological Issues for Women

The forum represents a multidisciplinary approach to highlight the social significance of these disorders for women’s health and casts light on medical treatments available. The Art of Cleto Munari
Mizuma Gallery is pleased to present The Art of Cleto Munari.
