Celebrity hairdresser Mark Hill has shared his expert tips on recreating the hottest hair styles from the 2013 BRIT Awards at home.
Looks showcased at the star-studded event included side swept loose waves, on-trend centre partings and messed up bun styles.
Here Mark tells Cover Media what Taylor Swift and Rita Ora did with their hair and the tools to use to recreate the looks.
"Taylor Swift looked stunning presenting," Mark explained. "Her block fringe was paired with an on-trend centre parting and sleek, straight locks. This is an easy, modern style to create. Section and straighten hair out with our Iconic Ceramic Straighteners then add in a centre parting! Finish with a slick of serum to tame any excess frizz and flyaways."
Taylor set off her sleek hairstyle with simple makeup including a flawless, pale, face and smokey eyes in a copper tone. Her lips were nude, with all eyes on the stunning black Elie Saab dress with chiffon panels she wore to the event.
Rita went for an edgier look, opting to wear her blonde her in a messy up ‘do which showed off her famous red pout to perfection.
"Rita Ora went for Hollywood glam with her hair in a funky little put up," Mark gushed. "Messed up hair looks much younger and is really easy to create. Use a little spray of a volumising dry shampoo to add texture to dry hair, then simply pull your hair back into a ponytail and coil around. Don't worry if pieces fallout from the bun, this adds to the texture of the style." © Cover Media
