Taking inspiration from the original British Dandy, George Bryan “Beau” Brummell of the 1790s, this exhibition looks at the Singaporean Dandy both from a historical and modern point of view. LaSalle students from BA(Hons) Fashion Media and Industries and BA(Hons) Fashion Design and Textiles programmes collaborate to curate and create a series of innovative fashion exhibition concepts to explain what dandyism means in Singapore today.
