Running shoes are constantly evolving – be it through design or technology – to help athletes and even the once-a-week jogger perform at their best.
The Reebok One Series that introduces the “Zoned” technology has one goal in mind – to give the runner the smoothest ride possible. The impact of running on your ankles and knees will be a thing of the past, if the Reebok One Series running shoes are cars, they will be the smoothest sports cars around.
Traditionally, trainers are constructed from the bottom-up but Reebok’s latest “Zoned” technology introduces the innovative back-to-front method to mimic the way the foot moves. This technology meets the demands of the runner through each phase of the Gait Cycle – mechanical process your body goes through while running or walking.

The “Zoned” technology ensures the entire shoes works as one – the sole has three distinct zones to complement each phase of the runner’s gait cycle. Zone 1 is the Contact Zone – a soft foam compound that reduces the shock with every stride. Zone 2 is the Midstance Zone engineered to facilitate smooth mid foot transition and the final zone 3 is the Propulsive Zone that features an ultra-responsive high rebound foam compound to helps a person propel forward during toe-off – the last part of the gait cycle when the foot pushed off the ground.
The Reebok One Series collection has two ranges – Reebok One Cushion and Reebok One Guide. The former is designed to maximise comfort and performance while the latter is created for those with mild or moderate flat feet so every kind of foot can enjoy a smooth ride.
