It's still early days for Spring Summer 2015 but here's our pick of the trends from the designers who showed at London Collections: Men.

Raincoats remixed
It wouldn't be London without the famous British summertime (think equal parts mild sunshine and downpour) that provided numerous designers with the opportunity to remix the classic British trench coat. Christopher Kane served his up in technical fabrics, while the father-son duo at Casely-Hayford took the collar off a classic trench. Meanwhile, Jonathan Saunders cut and sewed his raincoats into dazzling stripes of different colors.

Pinstripes
The J.W. Anderson and Matthew Miller shows both revisited London's iconic tailoring heritage with pieces that added a new spin on the classic pinstripe. Jonathan Anderson's show made a mockery of business casual with a pinstripe look featuring an apron shape over a matching shirt, before the material reappeared with a gypsy-style top tied at the shoulder. Miller served up some more regular suiting shapes, but didn't hesitate to twist pinstripes into a biker jacket as well as cutting and sewing the fabric in a matching patchwork design. At E. Tauz, designer Patrick Grant also got in on the trend too with pinstripe shorts.

Eye-catching hats
At Burberry Prorsum, creative director Christopher Bailey sent all of his models out in a sort of floppy felt twist on the classic campaign hat. Ranging from mustard to red to green, the vibrant colors matched the models' outfits. Richard James also played around with colorful retro headgear. The Savile Row tailor accompanied his military-influenced pieces with floral embroidered bucket hats and brightly colored pith helmets (including a particularly eye-catching fuchsia number). - AFP RELAXNEWS
