The actress-host describes the habits that help her to enjoy quiet moments by herself.
Article:

1 GET AN EARLY START
"I wake up between 6am hand 7am every day to prepare breakfast – my favourite meal of the day. On weekdays, I make a berry smoothie, boiled eggs, cereal with almond milk, coffee and juice. Weekends are for bigger spreads – bread, cheese, ham and fruit. I enjoy using the time to read, unwind and savour my meal."

2 WORK UP A SWEAT
"I go for yoga classes once a week. I also head down to my pool to swim a few laps and chill out on a deckchair. I appreciate the peace I get when I'm concentrating fully on these activities."

3 SEEK PAMPERING
"Once every two weeks, I visit my regular spa for a relaxing facial. They're so quiet and considerate when they open the doors or cupboards, that I feel like they should be on my game show Silence! I always get a restful sleep when I'm there."

4 BE CREATIVE
"For me, painting is akin to meditation – it helps me to quiet my mind. I haven't had time to create an art piece in a while; the last time I painted was about two years ago with my girlfriends during an art jam. But I'd like to go back to painting again."
