Bored of braids, or just too lazy to get your fingers all twisted in the morning? Try a low ponytail instead. It’s easy to do – only three minutes needed – and looks super chic, making it perfect for the office.
We’re particularly obsessed with the look at Stella McCartney’s Spring 2015 show, where hairstylist Eugene Souleiman crimped sections of hair before securing it firmly into a ponytail right at the nape of the neck.

Here’s how you can do it too:
STEP #1: Part your 80 per cent blow-dried hair with the sharp end of a comb. Make sure the parting is precise.
STEP #2: Apply a heat protectant, then take random sections of hair and start crimping! Alternate between crimping from the roots and midway of the hair. Remember that less is more with this hairstyle so always keep the sections small, and the rest of your hair sleek straight. You don’t want too voluminous, messy 90s crimped hair.
STEP #3: Now bring it all back into a tight ponytail at the nape of your neck. You can continue to crimp small sections of the ends of your hair, but remember, keep it to a minimum. Set with hairspray and you’re done!
