With the party season fast approaching, the beauty counters are jam-packed with eye-illuminating makeup, designed especially to banish telltale dark circles and ditch unsightly eye bags.

We caught up with celebrity makeup artist Adam Burrell to discover his tips for beautifully luminous peepers.
