To celebrate what many consider the world’s most versatile white wine, the Riesling from Germany, Cassia Restaurant is dedicating a whole week to it with lunch and dinner menus created specially to compliment the aromatic tipple. Items include an assortment of dim sum, steamed fillet of garoupa, pan-fried Hokkaido scallop and more.
