Marc Jacobs has a daily power nap to relieve his stress, but wishes a product could calm him.
The British designer explained that having a short sleep works better than anything else for easing lines and wrinkles. Marc schedules his nap time into his well-planned daily grooming routine.
"I usually have a slump after lunch so I take a nap for 20 or 25 minutes. I need some quiet time without any thoughts by this time of the day," Marc told British magazine Marie Claire. "The nap takes away my stress. I wish there was a product that could do the same thing."
The designer’s schedule for grooming is a full-on affair. From the moment he wakes at 7am until 11.30pm when he goes to bed, Marc schedules in three showers, two protein shakes as well as his daily power nap. When Marc is working particularly hard, such as for the upcoming Fashion Week showcases, he indulges in massages to beat his stress.
"Once in a while I'll have a massage. If I'm working really late I get very tense and very stressed in my neck and shoulders," Marc explained. "I go to a physical therapist, which is much better than a regular massage."
