Modern European restaurant, The Halia, will be hosting an upcoming 4-course dinner paired with six wines from established Australian winery Grant Burge.
Located in the heart of the Barossa Valley, Grant Burge is well known for its intensely-flavoured and well-balanced wines. It has also won the International Trophy for the Best Sweet Fortified Wine at the Decanter World Wine Awards in London for a record fourth time, further establishing the winery as the ‘King of Fortified’ wines internationally.
